Career management plays an essential role in both enterprise development and employees’ personal growth,which is not allowed to be neglected.In recent years,the floating adolescents,as a special group of social employees,have been labeled with various negative labels,such as "poor capability","job-hopping","poor adaptability".Those people are facing all kinds of choke points in their career developments.It is high time for managers to solve those problems.Based on such a situation,this study takes the career development of the the floating adolescents in enterprises as the object to find out their problems in career developments.The main research methods are questionnaire survey and interview,through which I find out the specific problems being mainly in career planning,development level,career guidance service and so on.The causes of the above problems are as follow: the group’s own consciousness of career planning is not strong;the participation degree of career management is poor;the ability and method of planning and the ability to convert the role are poor;and the enterprise is lacking of the career management consciousness for youth floating population;and the design of career promotion channel is not perfect.The training is also difficult to carry out.In addition,parents are lacking of communication with their children,and pay little attention to the career development and career education of their children.Based on the above research questions and causes,this paper puts forward several feasible suggestions.First of all,starting from the immigrated adolescents,we focus on improving their career planning awareness and career management ability,to help them make a good career development planning.To help them be adapted to the professional environment and set up a personal career development goal which is consistent with the enterprise goals on the basis of cognitive self and environment.Secondly,the enterprise should pay more attention to the career management of the group.It is important to introduce evaluation tools and professionals;set up enterprise information service platform;perfect career management system;formulate annual training plan and design system training course.Thirdly,the government should give support to career management development and publish some related policies,making the non-profit organizations playing their roles.Besides,government should also learn from the experience of developed countries,and strengthen publicity services.Finally,parents should pay attention to adolescents’ career development,and schools should also carry out corresponding career education.In a word,it is necessary to improve the professional career management ability and the status of the floating population,and make them develop smoothly in the workplace.All these demand the cooperation of government,schools,families and individuals to establish systematic networks and carry out concerted efforts.
