The private medium and small enterprises have become an important part of the basic foundation of a country's economy though the fast development of social economy. However our country did not pay much attention to the reform and growth of the private MSEs (abbreviation of medium and small enterprises )until recent years. Among all of those bottle-neck problems which hold up the development of the private MSEs, human resources management issue is the one which has not been broadly and deeply studied by researchers.The competition of the enterprises in the 21st century is the competition of getting the talented people. With more and more strong and advanced foreign enterprises coming into China's market, the pressure on Chinese private MSEs are becoming heavier and heavier. But due to some rooted disadvantages, not many private MSEs have a good system to attract, manage and keep their high efficient employees, which undoubtedly adds the internal management cost. Therefore looking into the current human resources management system, and incorporate advanced HR management thought, is an emergent issue for those private MSEs' owner.A famous consultant said in his book named High Efficient People: How Good Enterprise find and Keep Employees? : "the industrialization and economy development of a country resulted in two big changes: one is the change of employee's value, the other one is the work content and type." He made the analysis in this book: because of the development of social technology and the improvement of the people's quality, employees are more and more turning their attention from the pure material return to the realization of their self-value. Employee's career life profile is a typical form of self-value. However, employee's career life profile is a totally new subject for most of the private MSEs, whichrequires a systematic introduction and study on this field. The thesis is just based on this requirement. Also one thing should be mentioned here: the employee's individual career profile and the enterprise's job planning and management are closely related two sides. Neither of the two sides could stand without the other. From this angle, this thesis aims at helping enterprises to take the employees as rare resources in order to know and develop their employees.The thesis uses the Chinese private MSEs as the study subject. After it introduced the current status of the HR management, the thesis brought about the job planning and management theory, and accordingly applied the theory into an actual private company. The thesis is divided into three parts:The first part mainly introduces the current condition of the MSEs. The bottle-neck issue is brought out accordingly to pave the way for the deeper analysis in the next part.The second part is a detailed explanation of the employee career profile and enterprise job planning and management theory, which provides the theoretic base for case study.The third part is a case study, in which the theory stated in the previous part is applied in this part. In this part the employee career profile and the enterprise job planning and management system is established for an actual company.The case study in this thesis spreads against the different growing periods of an employee in a company, which gives a complete picture about the job planning and management to the readers and also clearly proof one thing: only incorporate the job planning and management theory into the whole process of an enterprise's running, could both the individuals and the company are benefited.
