| Since China’s comprehensive promotion of urban community construction,the community as a key part of grass-roots governance has been playing an increasingly prominent role in economic,social and cultural development.In the construction of urban community,community residents to participate in,much attention has been paid to this problem scholars from the form content,the present situation of community residents to participate in the problem and countermeasure analysis different Angle to carry on the extensive research,has achieved fruitful research results.In terms of the current development situation,the participation of community residents in China is still in the initial stage of development,and the low participation of community and the simple participation in content are the problems faced by most communities.Both theoretical research and practical exploration ultimately point to an urgent problem,which is how to increase the participation of community residents and strengthen the willingness of community residents to participate.This paper takes the development orientation as the main line,so as to improve the residents’ participation ability and cultivate the spirit of residents’ mutual assistance to two basic points,affirm the residents’ participation will,and pay attention to the construction of residents’ participation ability.On this basis,the xi ’an X community has carried out investigation and practice,the basic situation and the status quo of the participation in the community are analyzed in the community,and community of staff and community volunteers to carry out the community capacity building,through a series of community service continue to create a harmonious community atmosphere of mutual aid.On the basis of the practice exploration to build a set of community residents to participate in the mechanism,guarantee mechanism,control mechanism,integration mechanism and incentive mechanism of four secondary mechanism,based on the four secondary mechanism of mutual coordination to inspire residents participation enthusiasm,to promote community residents to participate in community affairs and community services,create a "participation","share","mutual aid","harmony" of the community atmosphere. |
