Research On Resident Community Participation Under Regional Development Model

The level of community participation is a reference indicator for community development and civilization.It goes without saying that only by adhering to the people-oriented service concept and satisfying the actual demands of the community residents,only if the local residents participate in the development and construction of the community can they truly improve the overall governance and service level of the community and create a warm and harmonious community The environment is more conducive to promoting the innovation of community development institutional mechanisms.This article takes the F community service project in Taicang City where the author is as an example.As an urban-rural junction community with a large population mobility and a large number of foreign residents,the motivation and content of residents 'community participation are generally insufficient.In order to further enhance the awareness and enthusiasm of residents' community participation,At this time coincided with the introduction of "neighborhood home" community service projects.This article takes the regional development model that is widely used in community social work as a working method.Based on the service concept,work goals,and development strategies of this model,the community participation problem is intervened.The research of this paper is mainly carried out from the following aspects: Firstly,the research background,research significance,and research methods of this paper are briefly explained from the perspective of objective reality;Secondly,concepts related to community participation and community social work To define,and to describe the concept of participatory regional development,and to summarize the relevant research and practical development on community participation,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent research;Once again take the Taicang City F community service project as For example,focus on the main problems facing residents 'community participation;Focus on analyzing the practical process and effects of promoting the participation of residents' communities under the regional development model.The intervention steps are: carrying out neighborhood visits to arouse residents 'sense of community participation;organizing neighborhood activities,Stimulate the motivation of residents 'community participation;build neighborhood communities and broaden the channels for residents' community participation;organize neighborhood services to enrich the content of residents' community participation;Finally,it summarizes the applicability and effectiveness of the regional development model to promote resident community participation and reflects and suggests the model's involvement in the resident community participation process.In this paper,through a case study of the F community service project in Taicang City,we believe that the service theory and operation strategy of the regional development model have a multiplier effect on enhancing the community participation of residents in the urban-rural junction,and are also an effective way to improve the level of community service and governance.The F community is a typical urban-rural junction community.At present,there are still many residents participation problems in the urban-rural junction community in China.We hope that the residents 'participation experience in the F community can provide a valuable reference for the development of relevant areas.
