Research On Public Service Of Disabled Persons In J City

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development has been rapid,and people's material living standards have also been greatly improved.However,new problems and conflicts have also emerged in the society,which has caused tremendous obstacles to our country's building a well-off society in an all-round way.For example,the public services of the disabled groups,the elderly and the elderly are out of the question.The report of the Nineteenth Party Congress put forward new requirements for the arrangements for China's people's livelihood,further enriched its connotation,and included the "young" and "weak" groups in it,so that the "shortcomings" of the people's livelihood were more precisely and completely supplemented.As of October 1,2017,China's disabled population reached 85 million,and the employment and social security of the disabled attracted a high degree of attention.In the past five years,more than 4.4 million rural disabled people in China have successfully escaped poverty.More than one million unemployed people with disabilities have been employed successfully.The subsidy for living with difficult persons with disabilities and the nursing subsidy system for severely disabled persons have benefited more than 20 million persons with disabilities.More than 15 million persons with disabilities have received rehabilitation services,and more and more people with disabilities have enjoyed it.The assistance provided by the country and the respect of the society have also led to a happy life.However,the public services for the disabled in China have started late and have been slow to develop.There are still many problems to be resolved.Solving the problem of public services for the disabled and strengthening the service system for the disabled can help bridge the gap between the living conditions of the disabled and the average social level,and realize the coordinated development of the cause of disabled persons and the economy and society.This paper takes J city as the research object,based on the theory of network governance in the new public service,using the literature research method,case study method and questionnaire survey method,and combining the experiences of western developed countries to study the public independence of the J city.Service issues.Based on the visits and investigations,the author analyzes the problems existing inpublic services for disabled persons in J city,analyzes the reasons for them,and proposes solutions.
