Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Employment Services For Disabled In Zhongshan City

Disabled people are special vulnerable groups.Physical structure and functional defects make them at a disadvantage in personal survival and social development.Employment can not only help the disabled get rid of poverty and improve the quality of family life,but also create conditions for the disabled to integrate into society and show their value.To formulate and improve policies on employment for the disabled,provide professional and accurate employment services for the disabled,and enable the disabled to enjoy the fruits of social development on an equal footing with the able-bodied,is not only the responsibility of the public employment service agencies for the disabled,but also the inevitable requirement of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.In recent years,China has made some progress in promoting the employment of the disabled,but the employment service for the disabled is still the weakest link in the construction of the public service system for the disabled,Institutions and mechanisms are not yet perfect,and employment service facilities and services cannot meet the growing needs of the disabled for career development;Due to the market competition is fierce,the employment situation of the disabled is still facing a great test.At present,there is little research on the employment service for the disabled in the academic circle.Therefore,under the background of promoting the construction of the service security system for the disabled and the public service system,it is necessary and urgent to take the existing problems in the public employment service for the disabled as the guide to explore the research on improving the quality of the employment service for the disabled.Based on the theories and literature research of public employment service for the disabled at home and abroad,this paper expounds the concepts and theoretical basis of public employment service for the disabled and the disabled,and investigates and analyzes the supply and demand situation of public employment service for the disabled in this region.Through field visits,questionnaires and other methods,the opinions and Suggestions of service objects on the quality of service provided are collected,and the deep-seated reasons for the problems in the supply of public employment services are analyzed.Refer to the experience of public employment service for the disabled in developed countries and the service practice in Zhongshan,this paper tries to discuss relevant countermeasures to improve the efficiency of public employment service for the disabled,such as improving the employment service system and mechanism,improving the quality of professional personnel in employment service,and improving the information construction of employment service.Hoped that through this issue can widen the disabled employment service work theory research perspectives in Zhongshan city,set up the public employment service theory research framework,cause attention to all sectors of society about the problems of employment for disabled,encourage social positive for subjects to the undertakings for disabled persons make recommendations,provide good environment for the survival and development for the disabled.Transferred Zhongshan into a city of fraternity and charity.
