The key factor affecting the success of administrative reform in the current process of Vietnamese administration reform is the quality of the civil service.There are many ways to improve the quality of the civil service.More common and effective is to reform the civil service recruitment policy.Choose what kinds of people to enter the work of the state administrative agencies has a direct impact on the normal operation of national public organizations and work results,and are closely related to the government staff clean and honest,the image of the government and the development of a harmonious society.Based on the theory of human resource management,this paper studies the Vietnamese civil servants' hiring policy as an example from the perspectives of scholars on the hiring policy of civil servants.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the introduction part,including the research background and significance,research methods and research status,which is mainly for civil service recruitment policy research and analysis.The main purpose is to study the former Civil servants hiring policy advice and then put forward their own innovative ideas.The second chapter is the theoretical issue of the civil service hiring policy of the Vietnamese state administrative organs,which includes the analysis and research on the contents and status of the civil service hiring policy of Vietnam.The third chapter is the realization of the policy of civil servants' hiring policies in the administrative units of Langson,which is to study all the above-mentioned problems in Vietnam and to point out the general situation of the civil servants.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the problems in the recruitment policy of civil servants in Langson province.These two chapters mainly through the study of Vietnamese civil servants hiring policy throughout the process to get from a more in-depth understanding of Vietnam's civil service recruitment policy system and Langson provincial civil service recruitment and to find out the key to the comparison project.The five chapter completes the recruitment policy.It is the study of the above from the Vietnamese civil service hiring policy and Langson provincial civil service recruitment of valuable inspiration and kam and then make recommendations for the improvement and promotion of Vietnamese civil service hiring policies and Lang Son development.
