With the establishment and development of the market economic system,the Vietnamese national civil service wage system has weakened the incentive mechanism and so on.At present,it is difficult to meet the requirements of the new situation.In the Vietnamese Ministry of Agriculture there is a gap between the level of civil service wage level is too large,job classification is not perfect,job evaluation is not in place,the wage growth mechanism is not perfect and so on.To this end,the next step in the civil service wage system should first reform the job grade wage system,strengthen the job classification,narrow the gap between the region,the establishment of civil service wage growth mechanism.A reasonable wage system ensures that civil servants are able to pay for their living expenses so that they can fully fulfill their duties and improve the quality of their work so that civil servants can work with peace of mind,play their real working capacity and get a job,and that civil servants will not seek any other Of things to make money,it will not appear corruption.At the same time,a reasonable civil service wage system also helps to attract talented people to work in the state institutions,build clean and dedicated civil servants,worthy of the people's trust.This paper adopts the theory of human resource management,wage incentive theory,comparison method and two-factor theory,and makes a multi-level and multi-angle analysis on the construction of Vietnamese civil servant's wage system,and tries to achieve the unity of theory and reality of Vietnamese civil service wage system Logical and empirical unity.
