Research On The Construction Of Public Service Capacity Of Township Government

The ability of the government to serve the public is an important part of the government's ability.Whether or not its ability is related to the strength of the government's credibility.Township government's public service ability is the most important part of the government's public service ability,and it is related to the long-term stability of the entire country.In February 2017,the State Council promulgated the Opinions on Strengthening the Capacity Building of Public Services of Township Governments,aiming at improving and improving the public service capacity of township governments and making public services more efficient.Paying attention to the public service capacity of the township government is of great significance to improving the credibility of the government,optimizing the distribution of resources for public services in townships and townships,and implementing the strategy for rejuvenating villages.The article takes the concept of analyzing public service capacity as the logical starting point,describes and analyzes the current status of public service capacity of H town,and summarizes the problems existing in the process of public service capacity building of our township government from the point of view to the surface.The study found that the current public service capacity building of our township government has the problems of inadequate public service concept modeling capabilities,insufficient capacity for public service supply and resource integration,and insufficient capacity for public service environment construction.To improve thepublic service capacity of township governments,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of township cadres,innovate public service supply methods,improve the fiscal system,smooth communication channels,encourage participation of township residents,and improve the performance evaluation system for public services.
