Research On The Construction Of "Multi Village And One Community" From The Perspective Of Population Structure

The population structure describes the distribution and relationship of social and demographic characteristics in the total population of a country or region,such as age,sex,education,marriage,family,employment and income.Therefore,the change of population structure has a great influence on the economic development of a certain region.On one hand,the population structure is the foundation of the future population.On the other hand,it is also the foundation of social development.Therefore,it is of great help to see clearly the population structure of a region and analyze its population structure problems.Through the investigation and study of Z village,it is found that there is a serious aging population in Z village,and the old-age pension is facing great challenges.The sex ratio between men and women is seriously out of balance,and female laborers bear an extremely heavy burden.The income gap is large,the consumption level is low and the cultural quality is not high.These problems influence and interact with each other,seriously restricting the economic development of Z village.In particular,a series of negative impacts brought about by the aging population have resulted in the slow development of Z village and insufficient population dynamics.If these problems are left unchecked,it can be predicted that Z village is likely to die out in the next few decades.The " multi-village and one community" model was discovered through pilot experiments during the process of promoting the construction of new rural communities,which is suitable for the development of Z village at this stage.Its main function is to provide community services to villages within the coverage of the model,centralize the use of public service resources and funds provided by the government,avoid duplication and waste of resources,to improve the efficiency of resource utilization,better provide the villagers in the community with the services they need,enjoy the services owned by the urban population,and solve the population structure problems faced by z village.At the same time,the model of " multi-village and one community" is helpful to develop characteristic industries,promote the development of agricultural centralization and industrialization,and drive the development of rural economy.Through studying the basic situation,typical cases and problems of " multi-village and one community" construction,this study summarizes the experience and demonstrates the importance of " multi-village and one community" model in solving the population structure problems faced by Z village and the necessity of implementing " multi-village and one community" model construction.Thus,it is concluded that promoting the construction of " multi-village and one community" is an urgent matter and an important measure to solve the problem of rural population structure.
