A Study On The Relationship Between Beijing Economic Development And Fire Safety

"Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the principal contradiction facing Chinese society have been transformed into that between the unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life".With the rapid development of economy and society,the fire and it's hidden dangers have become serious threats to the people who want to achieve a better life.Recent years,the fire has happened frequently and caused horrifying losses.According to the incomplete statistics of WFSC,there are about 7 million fires a year in the world,and the death toll is even as high as 75,000.Therefore,all the countries have paid more attentions to fire safety prevention meanwhile domestic and foreign scholars have explored effective fire prevention mechanism from the perspective of economics and the demands of fire safety to adapt to the growing development of economy and society.Beijing as the center of political,cultural,and international exchanges,its fire safety is particularly important.How to adjust the scale and structure of investment in urban public firefighting facilities and optimize the effective allocation of government financial resources is significant important for Beijing's firefighting management.This paper on the basis of previous studies using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the fire safety of Beijing and analyze the fire control investment.Based on the analysis results,it proposes some effective management suggestions of fire safety management.This article clarifies the research purpose and builds the logical structure based on the findings in the extant literature both at home and abroad.Then,it uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method to evaluate the fire risk grade of Beijing on the basis of previous studies.Meanwhile,it explores the relationship between GDP and fire losses in Beijing based on the empirical data of Beijing's economic development and fire safety.In addition,it explores the relationship between Beijing economic development and fire safety by establishing an empirical analysis model.Finally,according to the research results the study proposes some appropriate and effective management suggestions of fire safety management.This article guides Beijing's macroeconomic investment decision-making of fire control under the strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development.And it has addressed the neglected issue in fire control planning of Beijing form the aspect of economic.Overall,the study can improve the efficiency of Beijing's fire control investment and provide the theoretical and methodological guidance for the decision-making of macroeconomic investment in field of fire controlling.
