objective : The purpose of this paper is to study the status quo of occupational psychological health of a fire control trainee.Through the analysis of the psychological status and stress degree of the firefighting students through the SCL-90 scale PSET scale,the relationship between the coping style,social support and job satisfaction is discussed with the students' occupational psychological health,and the occupational stress sources of the fire students are analyzed.To develop a more reasonable scientific management system,teaching procedures and personnel training programs for the fire brigade.To improve the job satisfaction of fire fighting students,to promote the occupational psychological health of firefighters,and to provide theoretical basis for the overall combat level of fire fighting units;Methods:With a total of 478 students from a fire command college in yunnan province,a questionnaire survey was conducted.The content of the questionnaire includes.Basic situation questionnaire for fire students?MSQ?Fireman's psychological stress questionnaire?SCSQ?social support revalued scale?PSET?SCL-90?The survey was conducted in groups,and Back on the spot,SPSS.17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The main statistical methods include descriptive statistics,independent sample T test,single factor variance analysis,etc;Results: 478 students in a fire school SCL-90 scale score X ±SD=99.88±24.460,Lower than the national norm level,PSET scale score X ±SD=50±10.00,According to T?70,Fire school student high strain rate 4.6,Negative response was positively correlated with PSET and SCL(r=0.240.,r=0.206,p<0.01).Positive response was significantly negatively correlated with PSET and SCL(r=-0.266.,r=-0.209,p<0.01).SSRS(subjective support,objective support,and social support utilization)was significantly negatively correlated with PSET and SCL at the0.01 level(bilateral).Minnesota job satisfaction scale was significantly negatively correlated with psychological stress and psychological symptom scale(r=-.399,r=-.257,p<0.01).;conclusion:A total of 478 students from a fire protection college surveyed by the SCL-90 and PSET scales generally have good mental health status.The higher the level of positive response,job satisfaction,and social support,the higher the level of professional mental health.The higher the degree of negative coping style and occupational psychological stress,the lower the level of occupational mental health...
