Research On The Trend Of Cultural Independence In Taiwan Since 1990s

In recent years,along with the enhancement of China's comprehensive power and the promotion of China's international status,the Chinese mainland has drawn the attention of the world.The Chinese mainland has overwhelming superiority in reunification of Taiwan.The "Taiwan Independence" forces have no ability to publicly declared independence,they have ordered a shift from the "Taiwan Independence" activities to cultural field where they can target separatist activities in privacy,which is called "Cultural Independence".It needs the flexible strategy for its political ambitious to be independence.The phenomenon of "Cultural Independence" become even more violent since Li Denghui came to power,and then,in the new century,the seed of the "Cultural Independence" which has sowed by Li,Chen and Cai Administration has certainly took root and sprout,and yield evil results.In this regard,we never let the thought of "Cultural Independence" go wild.On the contrary,it should attach great importance to the negative impact of the "Cultural Independence",which will do harm to the peaceful reunification of the motherland.This article includes three parts: the first part explained the concept and causes of "Cultural Independence";the second part explained the characteristics of "Cultural Independence";the third part explained the harms and controlling countermeasures of "Cultural Independence" since nineties of 20 th century 90 s.The article is aimed at revealing the sinister political purpose of "Taiwan Independence" forces in order to eliminate the hazards of "Cultural Independence" thought,and finally,make contribution to promote peaceful reunification of Taiwan and motherland and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
