Study On The Intervention Of Group Work In The City Empty Nester Community Endowment Service

This article takes the problem of elderly care for elderly empty nesters in W community cities in Wuhan as a research direction.First of all,this article had sorted out the existing research on the elderly care of empty nesters by Chinese and foreign scholars,mainly including the current status and progress of research on the status of the empty nesters in China,and the definitions,strategies and reflections on endowment support.Secondly,aiming at empty nesting elderly in W community,through field visits and questionnaire surveys to collect data.The group work method was used to get involved in the pension service needs of service objects.Using maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,social support theory,and energy-increasing theory,and discussing the problems of service objects in the aspects of spiritual,cultural needs,economic needs,life care,community health care level,cultural and entertainment facilities,social policies and so on.Through the factors influencing the needs of community pension service and the development of group work,specific intervention methods were proposed,and The goal of enriching the spiritual and cultural needs of the service objects and improving economic conditions has been achieved.Finally,from the point of view of strengthening the spiritual and cultural construction of empty nesters,integrating community resources and attaching importance to the construction of professional service talents,in order to propose countermeasures and suggestions,and it was concluded that the empty-nesters in W community were the most deficient in spiritual and cultural needs.
