The combination of medical care and health is a new pension plan proposed by the Chinese government under the new situation.The idea that is re-integrating medical and old-age resources to integrate the maintenance service needs and medical service needs of the elderly in China into a unified standard institutional framework.Improving the integration of medical care and old-age care in modern society.Accelerating the combination of medical and nursing is a long-term solution to actively respond to the aging of the population.It is an important economic growth point under the new normal of China's economic development.It is conducive to meeting the growing demand for deep and diverse health care services for the people and helping the economy.Development and social harmony and stability.This paper takes the urban empty-nest elderly as the research object,focuses on the development status of the old-age career and industry in the M city of A province,and analyzes the practical problems of the medical and nursing services in the M city.Firstly,from the aspects of system construction,policy analysis and content summary,the paper summarizes the supply of medical services for empty-nest elderly people in M city,and shows the positive changes in the development of the old-age industry through government support and private fund-raising since the combination of medical and nursing in2015.Secondly,it is transferred to the empirical analysis of the demand for medical care for urban empty nests.Based on the survey data,the Logit model is used to analyze the demand for medical care and services.It is found that the characteristics of the elderly,family,self-perception,government,market,etc.are affected.The main factors in the demand for medical care for urban empty nests.Finally,the paper analyzes the satisfaction degree of urban empty nest elderly medical care combined service demand,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the satisfaction degree of urban empty nest elderly medical care combined service demand by using the membership function function,and finds that empty nest elderly support service the degree of satisfaction is higher than the satisfaction of medical services.Based on the problems and research results,this paper has carried on some reflections on the supply,demand and satisfaction of urban empty nest elderly medical care,and proposed to target the deep needs of the elderly and enrich the construction of old-age service projects;Optimizing the health management platform,promoting the family doctor signing system;improving the old-age security system,establishing a long-term care insurance mechanism;integrating medical care and resources,realizing the coordinatedsupply of old-age services,in order to achieve a glimpse of the whole picture,which is currently underway throughout the country.The combination of medical and health services provides effective information that can be utilized.
