A Study Of Lenin's Thoughts On Soviet State Governance And Its Contemporary Inspiration

How to effectively govern the socialist countries,which is established after the victory of the socialist revolution,is a major issue that the new state governance must face.In 1917,after the victory of the October Revolution,Lenin's Bolshevik Party began the great practice of Soviet state governance,which had never been done before.Although Lenin's practice of Soviet state governance was brief in time,it had made great achievements.Today,The study of Lenin's thought of Soviet state governance is of great significance to the governance of contemporary socialist countries.This paper focuses on Lenin's thought of Soviet state governance.That is divided into five parts: The first part mainly elaborates on the epochal background and theoretical origin of Lenin's Soviet government thought,which is the theoretical foundation of the article.The second part mainly discusses the historical development process of Lenin's thought of Soviet state governance.It mainly includes the embryonic stage of Lenin's thought of Soviet state governance before the October Revolution,the forming stage of Lenin's thought of Soviet state governance during the civil war,and the mature stage of Lenin's thought of Soviet state governance during the period of New Economic Policy.Every historical stage is the exploration and innovative development of national governance.The third part mainly discusses the main contents of Lenin's thought of Soviet state governance: Lenin shifted the focus of work onto the economic construction;attention had been given to deal with the relationship between the party and government in the governance of Soviet state;gradual improvements were made regarding the supervisory mechanism of the governance of Soviet state;giving full play to the main role of the masses and offering the opportunities for the masses to participate in the governance of the country;and cultural governance also has important theoretical and practical significance in national governance.Part Four mainly discusses the contributions and deficiency of Lenin's thought of Soviet state governance,and objectively analyzes the evaluation of gain and loss,which is our scientific attitude to Lenin's thought of state governance.Based on the above four parts,part five mainly discusses the inspiration of Lenin's thought of Soviet state governance for contemporary China's state governance.At present,our country is promoting the overall layout of "five in one" as a whole and promoting "four comprehensive" strategic layout in coordination.The overall goal of comprehensively accelerating the reform in our country is to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,which is essentially to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.It is also meant for the national governance system and governance ability to advance with the times to promote the overall implementation of reform,and to turn the potential institutional advantages into the actual effectiveness of national governance.In order to realize the overall goal of accelerating the reform in an all-round way,Lenin's thought of Soviet state governance undoubtedly enlightens us both by touching the river and by the top design.
