Sino-Soviet had debated for ten years from 1956 to 1966, which had in-volved in the original ideological differences, pure theoretical debates. Gradual-ly, Sino-Soviet developed to attack each other's internal and foreign policies e-ven their leaders. As a result, a serious of debates led to cool,tension and rup-ture relationship between both of parties and countries. Althoug two parties put forward each new argument on how to maintain and develop the socialist during Sino-soviet debate, just as Deng Xiaoping pointed out:"After 20 years of prac-tice, we find that both sides spoke many empty sentences... We had published some incorrect views for other parties. " It indicates that the two parties have many immature theories about the construction of socialism. The relationship between the two parties and countries led to full confrontation, which is not on-ly quarrel in theory problems, but quarrel with control and anti-control, denial and deprivation in the national relationship and inter-party relations and the de-bate on the ideology of " Marxist-Leninist orthodoxy". Sino-soviet debate brought serious influence on Chinese socialist construction and the international communist. It not only interfered seriously with the normal Chinese economic construction, but also brought about the serious estimation of capitalism and political restoration of revisionism one by one. Finally, this caused the "cultural revolution", a serious setback for the party and country. Analysis of causes and consequences of Sino-Soviet debate is meaningful for the construction of our so-cialism in the new era; as well as important reference and inspiration for firming and developing socialist construction.This article, includes three parts.The first part,mainly analyses reasons of Sino-Soviet debate's outbreak, tries to. extract important reasons from complicated historical events. Sino-Sovi-et debate involves the control and anti-control struggle on the state interests and national dignity under the same ideology, as well as the difference that interna- tional communist movement in a number of theoretical issues, meanwhile China-Soviet made different evaluation for international situation in 1950s and 1960s, which also is an important cause for Sino-Soviet debate. The struggle, from theoretical debate to controversy for the internal and external policies, Contra-dictory gradually deepening differences, and gradually expanded, which eventu-ally led to the two parties, the China-Soviet relations between the two countries of interruptions.The second part, focuses on analyzing the profound influence which the Si-no-Soviet debate led to Chinese socialist construction. Affected by the Sino-So-viet'debate, the economy is disturbed to left-leaning error and the correct for new relations of production mode is criticized because of appearing revisionism. The Sino-Soviet debate is mainly the theory struggle, deep reflection on this de-bate, we can know that society would be peace and harmony under the condition that the ideological and cultural field must adhere to the socialist construction.
