Research On Service Standardization For Pension Institutions

With our country entering the aging society,the population aging will be China's basic national conditions in the long term.The development of the population aging has showed the characteristics of large base and rapid growth,and with the improvement of the living standards and health conditions of the people,the average life expectancy also increases,so the trend of aging in our country is very obvious at present.Providing for the aged has become a national key conceern of the people's livelihood issues.The rapid economic development leads to the diversity and individualization of the old people's demand for the service of the aged,but the increasing miniaturization of the family size and the increasing mobility of the population have led to the weakening of the family pension function in our country,and the institution for the aged has incomparable advantages,so the institution for the aged has become a tendency for the old in the future.However,it is urgent and has much room to improve quality and management level of institution for the aged today.Therefore,establishing a sound pension service standard system and carrying out standardization work for old age services will be critical and urgent for standardizing the service market for the elderly,improving the service quality and management level of the pension institutions,and guaranteeing the rights and interests of the elderly.This thesis takes the standardization of institutional pension service as the research subject,with the help of the theory of active aging,Maslow's hierarchy of needs,welfare pluralism,taking Changsha Fullcheer Group as typical case,we conduct a field research on Changsha Fullcheer Xianfeng Community elderly maintenance center and Changsha Fullcheer Daijiahe Community elderly maintenance center,then analyze the implementation situation of old-age service standardization of Fullcheer Group.According to the investigation and analysis results,we can find the existing problems in the construction of service standardization of pension institution and give some reasons for these problems,then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service standardization of the old-age institutions in China,namely,The government should pay attention to the standardization of the service for the aged;supporting the standardization of the service for the aged by the construction of talents;quickening and improving the standard system for the service of the aged;increasing the publicity and implementation of the standardization of the service for the aged.Generally,this research can provide reference for the old age institutions to carry out the standardization of the old age services.
