Now,more people start to accept the sharing model.Sharing economy is regarded as the "power engine" of transformation and development,which not only changes people's consumption view,but also establishes the new consumption concept of "idle is equal to waste,but not buy".Since 2016,share bicycle began to rise,as a kind of convenient,conform to the concept of low carbon environmental protection way,to travel by the people,the government approval at the same time,Shared cycling chaos and there are plenty of unethical behavior are also common all over the country.Shared cycling as a supplementary one important component of urban public transport as a convenient benefits of sharing project,unethical behavior come from how,why,how to prevent,governance,acting as a business,academia,government needs to be research and solve the key.This article namely from academic research point of view,draw lessons from the literature classic moral decision-making model,through the empirical study to clarify the influence of the influence factors of moral behavior,set on the basis of the independent variable and dependent variable,based on past literature,questionnaire design,.and combining the seven subscales and scenario analysis method,allows participants to express themselves in real and effective questionnaire of moral tendency.Finally,the statistical analysis is used to clarify the factors that influence the non-moral behavior,so as to provide reference for the development of sharing economy and the actual operation of the bicycle in real life.
