Research On Government Supervision In The Development Of The Sharing Economy

The concept of shared economy has been put forward from the 70 's,and its core concepts are overcapacity.The shared economy is not only a brand-new economic idea,but also a social change with deep life.The shared economy is the new mode of creation combined with innovation of technique and institution.The latest application of the concept of shared economy in China's personal travel field is the shared bicycles.People named it as the one of new four great inventions of China.The earliest shared bicycles appeared on campus.As its convenience is more and more accepted by more and more people,finally stepped out of the campus to ride on the street.It has been praised for its good solution of final one mile between metro or bus stop and home or office.However,the convenience of sharing bicycles is a double-edged sword.The social benefits of shared bicycles have been fully affirmed,as well as the emergence of social problems like as occupation of public road,Crowding out limited public space,block the safety exits,causes sever public safety hazard,etc.Driven by capital,shared bicycles have gone from zero to eruption in two years because of the shared bicycles market in the early development nearly without government supervision.As the shared bicycles market is more and more fierce,social contradictions rapidly expand,the community demands the government to actively regulate the market.In fact,local governments as the main regulatory responsibility,hasty response,neither ready-made regulatory law can be followed,there is no ready-made regulations available,market supervision needs to be improved and innovation.Based on the above factual background,this thesis uses the literature research method,the comparative analysis method,the value analysis method,takes the development path of the shared bicycle as an example,elaborates in 5 parts.The first part analyzes the characteristics of shared economy and comparing the supervision differences between tradition and shared economy.The second part analyzes the Government's existing regulatory effectiveness.The third part draws lessons from the world governments ' experience in the shared economy supervision.The fourth part,combining the development path of shared bicycles,supervising the gain and loss,deduces the suggestion of innovating the government supervision system in the era of sharing economy.Part five is the conclusion and prospect.For conclusion,the effective supervision methods for shared economy include the improvement of lawsand regulations,the popularity of shared lifestyle,and the unique supervision technique,etc.
