A Research On Security Issues Of The Left Behind Children In Longhui County Of Hunan Province

With the continuous acceleration of China’s economy and the improvement of the level of civilization in recent years,the number of migrant workers to work in the city has increased year by year,and the number of children left-behind will increase with the increase in the number of workers.The education of children left-behind in rural areas has attracted more and more attention from the society and the government.Taking the left-behind children in Longhui County of Hunan Province as the research object,this paper analyzes all the security problems of the left-behind children in Longhui County through the methods of literature,field interview,expert interview and systematic analysis.First,this paper investigates the safety of children left-behind in Longhui County.Nearly half of the left-behind children in Longhui County are both parents and parents who go out to work,and more than 1/3 of the left-behind children are father out to work,and a considerable number of left behind-children are out for more than one year for their parents to go out for more than one year.The proportion of children staying at home for more than two years is the largest,and the number of children left-behind is relatively small.In addition,the guardianship types of the left-behind children in Longhui County are mainly single parent guardianship and alternate guardianship.The proportion of the left-behind children to do the farm work is high,the part of the left-behind children’s farm work is heavier,and it has certain danger in the specific operation.Secondly,the article analyzes the safety risk of the left-behind children in Longhui County,and finds that the left-behind children in Longhui County often meet some risks of traffic safety,housework or the risk of injury in the farm work,as well as the safety risk of being bitten by animals in daily life and entertainment and drowning.According to the survey,some left-behind children often suffer from bullying or injury.The factors that affect the safety of left-behind children are four aspects: family,society and school.In addition,in view of the current situation of the left-behind children in Longhui County,the paper draws on the methods of successful management at home and abroad,and thinks that the countermeasures to improve the safety and security of the left-behind children in Longhui County should be the source of the healthy growth of the left-behind children from the family care,the school care can make the left-behind children feel the warmth of the family,and the government care is the solution to the left-behind children.The key to children’sproblems,social care,left-behind children grow up in the sunshine,and so on four aspects to find a breakthrough.This study aims at the special situation of Longhui County in Hunan province.From the personal safety of the left-behind children,this study explores and explores the causes and future development trends of left-behind children from various aspects,such as background,environment,and living conditions.The purpose is to contribute to the research of left-behind children,to make unremitting efforts for the left-behind children to have a good life,and to contribute to the building of a harmonious society.
