Study On The Countermeasures Of Caring For Children Left In Rural Areas

With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,rural young and middle-aged people have entered the city to find jobs.These young and middle-aged migrant workers have been a minority of parents,and the left-behind children at the same time have become an important social issue in China.Under the situation that the urban-rural dualization structure and the low income of migrant workers have not been fundamentally solved,the problems caused by left-behind children in rural areas in China will exist for a long time.At present,China's lack of attention to the disadvantaged groups of left-behind children and the corresponding policies for caring for protection have not been fully established,and the response to left-behind children has not kept pace with the development of the situation.Therefore,starting from the theory of public governance,it is of great practical significance and certain theoretical value to study how to care for the protection of left-behind children in rural areas.This paper takes the problem of care and protection of left-behind children in rural areas of Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County as the starting point.By studying the theoretical basis and literature of left-behind children at home and abroad,based on the theory of public governance,it objectively describes the left-behind children in Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County.The situation of daily life and the protection of care received,and the analysis of the specific situation,through the relevant theoretical basis to verify the existing problems: the implementation of government responsibility is not in place,family custody,school support,social support Insufficient strength,etc.,then summarize the reasons for these problems,learn from the experience of other areas regarding the care and protection of left-behind children,and change from social,government,family,etc.,in order to further enhance the care of left-behind children in Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County.The practical effects of protection provide targeted countermeasures.Then explore the formation of a social management model for left-behind children in line with China's national conditions.On the basis of various aspects of investigation and research,the interaction,propaganda and mobilization of different subjects are carried out,and together they are invested in the management of left-behind children in rural areas.
