The only child of early school age has a dilemma in interpersonal communication due to many factors such as material basis,ideological concepts,personality characteristics,and behavior,and was once called a “problem child”.The only child of early school age is faced with the dual pressures of learning and developing new interpersonal relationships.Good interpersonal skills have a significant impact on their growth and development.At present,there are a large number of researches on the status quo and theoretical countermeasures of the inter children's interpersonal communication in childhood,but there is very little to abandon the “problem” perspective and use the interactive mode of practical research.Based on this,this paper explores the practical application of the Interactive Mode in promoting the ability of the only child to interpersonal communication in early school age,evaluates the effectiveness through multiple methods,and provides empirical support and practical experience for the follow-up intervention of the only child interpersonal skills in early school age.This study turns interpersonal communication capabilities into three dimensions: interpersonal perception dimensions,interpersonal control dimensions,and interpersonal communication dimensions.It uses a combination of field observation method observation and interview methods,and a single set of pretest and post test methods in experimental methods to collect data.During the four-month internship at the Q Youth Palace in Wuhan,the author screened 12 research subjects for in-depth interviews and measurements through preliminary interviews and observations,and finally determined 8 team members to obtain interpersonal perception and interpersonal control.There are difficulties in three aspects of interpersonal communication.Based on system theory,field theory,"mirror-in-the-me" theory,and symbolic interaction theory,this article uses Interactive Mode methods and techniques to design six group activities,foster independent,mutually beneficial group motivation,and build a group support system.communication ability.The results of the study show that the interpersonal communication ability of the group members has various degrees of improvement in various degrees.The interpersonal perception and interpersonal control are the most obvious dimensions,and the dimensions of interpersonal communication have not changed much,which is consistent with the focus of group intervention.The specific assessment found that: "The devil guilty of wrong" and "the devil's big secret" are helpful for the team members to establish a rational interpersonal perception ability;"happy head strong" is conducive to the team members to enhance interpersonal control ability,but the "smile magic wand" is due to logic owed Coherence and formality affect the effectiveness of activities;the dimension of interpersonal communication is not the focus of intervention.“Communicator Theatre” has significant effects in promoting the comprehensive application of interpersonal skills,but the single dimension of interpersonal communication has little effect.In summary,the overall intervention of this group has indeed achieved certain results.The experience and inadequacies in the process of practical application have made some efforts to localize the Interactive Mode.
