A Study About The Human Resources Management Of Public Security Organs In Baoan District,Shenzhen

With the advent of the era of globalization,information and knowledge economy,countries around the world have adopted an open policy,with the free flow of talents,capital and information all over the world.In the face of increasing competition,it ha s become the general trend to reform the traditional personnel administration and explore the human resources management of police officers in line with China's national conditions.The study on human resources management in China has made great progress,but it is still not enough in practice,especially in the implementation of the basic public security organs.This article first explains the theoretical basis of human resources,human resources management,public sector human resources management,etc.A brief analysis is made of the particularity and importance of human resources management in public security organs at the grassroots level.In addition,an investigation and study was conducted to analyze the current situation of human resources manageme nt of public security organs in Baoan district of Shenzhen,and to summarize the existing problems of public security organs in Baoan district.On the basis of an in depth analysis of the results of the investigation,the author made suggestions on improvi ng the human resources management of public security organs in Baoan district,drawing on the experience of advanced management at home and abroad,and combining the theory of modern human resources management.This study hopes that it will not only bring a little development and effect to the human resources management theory of the general grassroots public security organs in China.It can also provide relevant suggestions for the human resources management of public security organs and other similar grass-roots government departments in Baoan district.
