The comprehensive second-child system is based on the current situation of our country and has certain practical significance.The system can satisfy the individual's desire of having two children,alleviate the pressure brought by the aging of population to a certain extent,and realize the sustainable development of social economy and population resources.But at the same time,the implementation of the comprehensive two-child system will also lead to a series of practical problems,especially it will bring new problems and challenges to the protection of women's employment rights and interests.The problems faced by the protection of women's employment rights and interests under the implementation of the comprehensive two-child system are mainly reflected in the aggravated discrimination against women in employment,the restriction of women's employment opportunities,and the restriction of women's employment opportunities.The quality of employment is affected and the development of female employment is restricted,which affects the employment of women.The reasons for the problems in the protection of women's employment rights and interests under the comprehensive two-child system are that the legislation offemale employment security is not perfect,the cost of judicial relief is high,and the functions of mediation and arbitration institutions are not well performed.The function of labor inspection institution is not perfect and the influence of traditional gender culture.By introducing the relevant legal system of the protection of the employment rights and interests of women in the countries of the extraterritorial Anglo-American law system and the continental law system,the author can draw inspiration from it and provide experience and reference for the protection of the female employment rights and interests under the comprehensive two-child system in our country.It is suggested that the relevant legislation on gender discrimination in employment should be improved.Perfecting the birth holiday,perfecting the judicial relief system,perfecting the current working system,perfecting the labor supervision mechanism and so on,provide convenience for women's employment,and effectively safeguard and guarantee the rights and interests of women's employment.
