The Development Process And Experience Of The Political Parties Consultation

Political parties consultation is the primary channel of socialist deliberative democracy in China,It has a long historical development in our country’s political practice,But political parties consultation were proposed as a formal concept,only a few years ago.As the Communist Party of China continues to further carry out political parties consultation,it will gradually enter a period of prosperous development.The dissertation mainly discusses the political parties consultation from the following four parts:Part Ⅰ:Introduction.This part first introduces the research background and significance of this topic selection.Secondly,it introduces the research methods of this article.Finally,by collating domestic and foreign related literature and materials,this paper introduces the research status of political parties consultation.Part Ⅱ:Overview of China’s Political Parties Consultation.This section first briefly introduced China’s socialist consultative democracy.It also briefly explained the relationship between socialist consultative democracy and Western deliberative democracy.The concept of political parties consultation is introduced through socialist consultative democracy.Secondly,it introduces the scientific connotation of political parties consultation,including the definition,the basic content,the nature and the characteristics of the parties consultation,and finally introduces the relationship between the political parties consultation and the socialist consultative democracy.Part Ⅲ:Development Process of China’s Political Parties Consultation.By combing the history of the practice of Party consultation,and taking the important historical events and the system introduced in the developlment of political parties consultation as the node,This paper divides the development of political parties consultation into four stages:initial exploration,formal formation,steady development and innovation and improvement.Part IV:The Experience Summary and Realistic Enlightenment of the Chinese Parties Consultation.By reviewing the historical development of political parties consultation,this part further summarizes the experience of historical development,Including adherence to the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,attaching importance to the role of democratic parties,and building a harmonious and stable political party relationship.Secondly,it reveals the practical implications,including deepening the awareness and practice of political parties consultation,strengthening the capacity building of political parties consultation,and promoting the institutionalized construction of political partiesconsultation.The main research methods of this paper include literature research method,history and logic method,comparative analysis method and system analysis method.As the study of political parties consultation has just started,this article shows innovation in selecting topics.At the same time,it is different from the phases of other scholars.This article divides the development according to the development status of party parties consultation at different stages.By combing the development process of political parties consultation,this paper summarizes its experience,lessons and practical enlightenment,hoping to provide some reference for promoting the development of political parties consultation.
