Research On The Sustainable Development Of Rural Happy Homes

With the rapid advancement of industrialization and urbanization in China,a large number of rural laborers have entered into cities.At the same time,the rapid arrival of an aging society has led to a rapid collapse of the traditional family supply model in rural areas,and a large number of elderly rural residents are seriously under-aged.As an important part of the rural old-age security system,the rural happiness institute undertakes the needs of the elderly living and entertainment in rural areas and plays an important role in serving rural senior citizens.However,while the rural happiness institute has achieved outstanding achievements,problems such as lack of functions,high costs,and low efficiency exposed by the rural happiness institutes are equally prominent,making it difficult for rural happiness institutes to achieve continuous and effective operation.It has become an issue of increasing concern to crack down on the operational difficulties of rural happiness institutes and to better serve rural elderly and rural economic and social development.This research bases on the actual development of China's current rural economic and social development.First of all,it summarizes the concepts,theories,and literature related to the Rural Welfare Institute.The concepts of rural aged care services and rural happiness institutes were defined in detail.Then the relevant theories related to this research such as sustainable development,welfare pluralism theory and self-governance theory were elaborated.At the same time,relevant literature on rural aged care services and rural happiness institutes We have combed and elaborated and fully demonstrated the current research progress.Afterwards,we reviewed the progress and existing problems in the construction of China's rural happiness institutes,aiming to fully demonstrate the status of rural happy homes.Based on the previous studies,this study selected D Village,Baoji City,as a microscopic sample of the study,and carried out a comprehensive analysis of policy support,fund raising,organization management,and operational effectiveness.Demonstrate the operation and sustainability of the rural happiness hospital.Afterwards,the sustainable development of rural happiness homes was discussed.From the perspectives of supply and demand subject conversion,government action impulses,lack of mutual help function,decline of village-level government,and dilution of children's roles,the sustainability of rural happiness homes was analyzed.In-depth,objective,and comprehensive discussions were conducted.Based on this,the system of sustainable development of the rural happy hospital is constructed as a policy support system,a multi-party financing system,an autonomous governance system,and a cultural remodeling system.Finally,the policy recommendations to promote the sustainabledevelopment of rural welfare institutes are proposed: Actively create a good cultural atmosphere for rural aged care;Continue to increase the construction of rural happiness institutes;Further strengthen the support of government policies;Further standardize the construction of rural senior citizens associations;We will actively build a financial security system for rural happy homes;and continue to expand the service function of rural happy homes.Through the above studies,we will continue to promote the construction of our country's rural welfare homes and resolve certain problems and enlightenments in our country's rural aged care issues.
