A Study On The Path Of Social Work Intervention In Community Correction Of Juvenile Delinquency

In recent years,juvenile delinquency has repeatedly occurred,the related problems are becoming more and more serious,the number of recidivism has reached a certain proportion,how to prevent juvenile delinquency mainly,the behavior correction has become a problem that has to be faced.After a long period of study,the way of community work intervention is unique in its non-imprisonment penalty,and the results of the work are gradually highlighted,and the research around it is also close to maturity,but in a comprehensive view,the theoretical research with social work intervention as the entry point is still relatively few.Community correction has been officially piloted since 2003,with social workers as the backbone of the process Quantity,always play a key role,more and more social work guidance theories and methods are beginning to be applied.To explore the involvement of community correction in juvenile delinquency can not only provide support for the efficient development of correction work,but also provide impetus for the progress of social work,so that it has more abundant theory and skills.Based on the data obtained by the field research,the author analyzes the concrete cases,aiming to obtain the strategies which can realize the value of community correction by analyzing the problems existing in the community correction of juvenile delinquency involving social work.The thesis is mainly composed of seven parts.The first part is the background and significance of the research on community correction of social work involvement in juvenile delinquency,including contents,ideas and methods.The second part is related concepts and theories,specifically refers to social work,juvenile delinquency and community correction;The third part analyzes the social work involved in the community correction of juvenile delinquency from the perspective of the current situation,necessity and feasibility.The fourth part takes specific cases as the entry point and summarizes the existing problems,such as the lack of legislation and the resistance to re-education.The fifth part is the optimization strategy based on the common problems in work,such as formulating relevant policies and mobilizing the enthusiasm of community participation.The sixth part first summarizes the research,and then tentatively analyzes the direction and content of the in-depth research,hoping to provide help for the future work.
