The Application And Development Of The Carrier Of Ideological And Political Education In State Owned Enterprises

State-owned enterprises are the backbones of China's national economy,but also are the great power of building a moderately prosperous society.The development and expansion of state-owned enterprises can not be separated from the spiritual guidance of ideological and political education work.Based on carrier of ideological and political education,ideological and political education work is the important content of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises,and also is the important guarantee for state-owned enterprises of strengthening their own construction and realizing economic benefits.It plays an important role in pushing forward the reform process of state-owned enterprises,encouraging state-owned enterprises to serve the society with sincere heart,promoting the unification of economic and social benefits in state-owned enterprises.At present,with the intensification of economic globalization and cultural competition,the competition between different countries in the field of economic and cultural is becoming increasingly fierce.Facing with the huge attack of western culture,the state-owned enterprises must demonstrate a clear political stand,adhere to the socialist position,and strengthen the socialist faith.In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,Chairman Xi Jinping points out that socialist culture with Chinese characteristics is a powerful spiritual force to inspire the Party and people of all nationalities to advance courageously.The whole Party should be more consciously confident in strengthening our path,in our theory and in our system as well as our culture,and also should maintain political determination and stick to hard work and rejuvenate the country,and persist in and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.Culture is the root and the soul of a nation.State-owned enterprises should attach importance to the power of culture and make corporate culture truly have influence on promoting good atmosphere of unity,advancement,harmonious and responsibility through carrier of ideological and political education.This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of carrier of ideological and political education in the state-owned enterprises and analyzes the achievements and problems of carrier of ideological and political education in the application of state-owned enterprises combined with the reality of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture Branch of China Property Insurance Company.Finally,finding out the concrete measures of the development of carrier of ideological and political education in state-owned enterprises through analyzing and summarizing.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction,which mainly summarizing the purpose,the significance and the current situation of the research.The second part gives a general overview of carrier of ideological and political education in state-owned enterprises,and explains its connotation,characteristics,and forms.The third part firstly affirms the achievements in the application of carrier of ideological and political education in state-owned enterprises and then analyzes its problems and causes in detail.The fourth part puts forward the concrete measures of the development of carrier of ideological and political education in state-owned enterprises.
