The Cultivation Of Community Social Capital In The Village-changed Community

As an important factor in the development of urban communities in China during the current transition period,social capital connects residents to communities and deepens the level of trust and social interaction between residents and residents.It plays a vital role both for the personal interests of residents and for the construction and development of the community and political performance.Due to the rapid advancement of urbanization,the community has undergone tremendous changes.Many villages have changed into communities.These communities have broken the traditional Chinese "acquaintance society",and people-to-people exchanges and trust have generally declined.The problems,needs and resources of the community are also very different from those in the past.The P community is a typical village-changed community.This article takes it as the research object,through the case study method,deeply researches how the community social capital in the village-relocated community is fostered through comprehensive service projects and the impact of community social capital accumulation on community construction.This article believes that the core concept of social capital theory has strong and effective guidance value for the construction of village-changed communities.The development and implementation of comprehensive service projects based on the theory of social capital can promote the construction and development in this community.The paper describes in detail the specific operation methods for building a social network between community residents and residents.Through the dynamic service of the project,it shows how the community norms and community trust are formed step by step,and then concludes:under the guidance of the theory the village-changed community has achieved remarkable results.The social capital of the P community has been effectively promoted.For example,the capacity of individual residents has been developed,the participation of different community subjects in the community,and the community sense of belonging have also increased,and community consciousness is gradually awakened.Finally,this paper proposes that social workers will encounter challenges such as the conflicts between modern social legal principles and traditional social rituals,the inflexibility of network boundaries,and the inadequacy of development of community social capital in promoting the development of community social capital.Hence,in light of the actual situation of the P community,this paper proposes the following four recommendations:firstly,the party organization should play a pioneering and exemplary role in community service;secondly,to cultivate the backbone of the community,active community service;thirdly,pay attention to the construction of social workers,and to give full play to their career advantages;Fourthly,advancing with the times and expanding network services.
