| The anti-corruption education is the legitimacy of the ruling class to safeguard its own rule.The planned and organized ideological and political education for the domestic public power exercisers is the basic link of the anti-corruption work and is an indispensable part of a national clean government building.It is also an important part of the ideological and political education of the civil service.The purpose of anticorruption education is to grasp the source of ideology,build a solid line of defense against corruption and change,and then establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life,values,good power,status and interest.Actively and effectively carrying out clean government education for young civil servants is a strong requirement for the current situation in the construction of the Party's work style,clean government,and the fight against corruption in the face of the new situation.It is an inevitable requirement to prevent corruption from happening at the root,and is an urgent requirement for the people to look forward to building a clean government.The demand is also an important content and realistic need to improve the quality of the entire civil service and improve the relationship between the party and the people.In this paper,with the help of our experience in anti-corruption education in recent years,literature research methods,system analysis methods,and case analysis methods are used to explore the current practice of youth civil servants' anti-corruption education theory.Through multi-level and multi-dimensional analysis,the causes of the problems are summed up.On this basis,it proposes to solve targeted,operational and effective countermeasures for youth civil servants' clean education.The thesis is divided into an introduction,a main body of three chapters,and a conclusion.The first chapter introduces the background of the topic,research purpose,research significance,research status,writing ideas,research methods and key and difficult issues.The second chapter studies the meaning,characteristics and significance of young civil servants and anti-corruption education,defines the meaning and characteristics of young civil servants,and elaborates the significance of youth civil servants' integrity education,in order to lay the theoretical foundation for the following discussion.The third chapter mainly analyzes the corruption cases in the new situation,sorts out the common characteristics of the current corruption of young civil servants and the existing problems and causes of the youth civil servants' anti-corruption education,and finds out the importance,institutional arrangements,and supervision of our civil servants' corruption education.There are deficiencies in implementation and other aspects.The fourth chapter discusses how to improve the youth civil servants' anticorruption education strategy.This is also the end result of this research.This chapter has more effectively achieved the objectives of strengthening youth civil servants' principles of anti-corruption education,optimizing the content of youth civil servants' anti-corruption education,innovating educational methods,and adopting measures to ensure the implementation of anti-corruption education for youth civil servants and anticorruption education,and how to tie in with political and economic reforms and in society as a whole.Create a good and honest atmosphere and make systemic suggestions. |
