Study On Home-based Care Mode Under The Cooperation Of Government And Social Organization

With the acceleration of aging in China and the increasing number of aging population,the pension problem has become an increasingly serious problem.In recent years,due to the deepening of the population aging in our country and the contradiction between the old-age foundation of the traditional family and the insufficient supply of pension,and the traditional concept of family based old-age support,the mode of home care service has gradually become the main way to solve the problem of the old age.After more than ten years of pilot in the large and middle cities,home care service mode has some effect to solve the problem of pension,but it is not forward,then the socialization of home care service is gradually carried out.Good governance emphasizes the new cooperative relationship between the country and the society,and the pursuit of maximizing the public interest,which provides a way for the plight of the home old-age service mode.Therefore,this paper discusses around the mode of home care service provided by the government and the social organization.On the basis of the idea of good governance,this paper,under the framework of good governance,analyzes the necessity and feasibility by combing the connotation and extension of the old-age service mode in the cooperation of political and social cooperation,introduces relevant cases and analyses how to make the cooperative governance of the government and the social organization in the home old service field to reach one.The ideal state,maximizing the needs of the elderly and achieving the goal of maximizing the value of the public interest,from the angle of the government as the helm,proposes the optimal path for this model.
