Research On The Status And Countermeasures Of Community Family Endowment

With the continuous development of economy and society,the aging problem of our country is becoming more and more serious.Especially in recent years,the number of elderly population in China has increased dramatically,and the elderly population in the total population has been increasing.Therefore,an urgent problem is to provide for the elder people.As the city of Guangzhou,Yuexiu District,the degree of aging is higher than the average level of the whole city,as close to Hongkong,Macao,learning from the experience of the advanced areas,in response to the problem of aging in other areas of the whole city is also in front of the other areas.At present,the elderly in Yuexiu District mainly include family pension,institutional pension,community family endowment and other old-age forms.In recent years,community family endowment has been welcomed and accepted by the elderly because of the traditional old-age care concept,not changing the living environment of the elderly,service convenience and diversification.Based on the research object of the elderly people living in the T community of Yuexiu District,Guangzhou,this study investigates the status of family endowment in the T community by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,field interview and comparative analysis.From the three levels of government,community and family members,it analyses the different elderly people themselves.With their living conditions,this paper makes a prediction of their future pension needs.Through a series of studies,it is concluded that although Guangzhou Yuexiu District has taken a lot of positive measures in the process of coping with aging,the work in the field of community family endowment service is ahead of other areas,but the development aspect is still restricted by many factors,just as the T community has insufficient policy support in the family endowment service.Lack of funds,lack of professional talents,inadequate supporting services,inadequate support system and inadequate publicity.To this end,this study,with the guidance of the problem,combined with the reality,puts forward six suggestions,such as giving play to the leading role of the government policy,ensuring sufficient capital investment,speeding up the construction of professional personnel,improving the service system,exploring the construction of the development support system,and increasing the transmission of correct public opinion.Through these strategic suggestions with different emphasis,we hope to provide a good reference for Yuexiu District and Guangzhou city in the future.
