Research Of Operating Status And Countermeasure On Inquiry System Of National People's Congress In China

The inquiry system is the important measure of supervision by the National People's Congress,and it's also a strong guarantee for the realization of democracy and rule of law in China,which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life and the people.But in the practice of the inquiry system,due to various reasons such as state,society,laws and regulations,the right of inquiry has not been well implemented in the NPC deputies at all levels,leading to the fact that the inquiry system is in a state of half idle for a long time.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and theoretical contribution to accelerate the promotion and implementation of the NPC,and to further improve the inquiry system of the NPC.This article is divided into five chapters,and the main contents are as follows:The first chapter discusses the significance of our inquiry system and its current research status.The second chapter introduces the basic theory of the inquiry system.It mainly defines its meaning,nature,function and distinguish inquiries and questions,and analyzes the theoretical basis of the inquiry system in detail.The third chapter analyzes the regulations and problems of the NPC's inquiry system.Firstly,it introduces the origin of the NPC's inquiry system;secondly,it summarizes its development process;finally,it points out its various problems.The fourth chapter points out the specific problems in the operation of the NPC's inquiry system and explores the deep-seated reasons for the problems.The fifth chapter focuses on the improvement of the NPC's inquiry system.The regulations of foreign inquiry system are introduced in detail,and the contents of its system design are macroscopically grasped.Combined with the reality of China,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of legality,practicality and operability.
