Research On The Care System Of Elderly People In Rural Areas

Depth of our country has entered the aging stage,compared with the urban elderly,rural old people,especially the rural elderly in later life can't get good security,the rural pension problem has become the comprehensive construction well-off society need to conquer the major issues of decisive phase.The report clearly put forward the party' s 19 "we need to improve the rural left-behind children and women,the elderly care service system",therefore,the construction of the rural elderly care system for the implementation of the spirit,the party' s 19th to further strengthen the rural elderly care work is of great theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on the perspective of social support theory,combined with maslow's hierarchy of needs,with L county of hunan province "S village as an example,through case interview method,examples and data fully demonstrates the necessity of construction of the rural elderly care system.The study found that there are four major problems in rural elderly people:limited economic resources,lack of life care,lack of spiritual consolation and lack of medical care.Then the paper analyzes the realistic dilemma that affects the construction of the care system for the elderly in rural areas:the lack of relevant rule of law,imperfect guarantee system,weak social pension foundation and the decline of traditional filial piety culture.Finally,for the construction of the rural elderly care system put forward the basic train of thought and basic framework:the rule of law construction and cultural construction,perfect the related policy to guide the rural elderly,promote the reconstruction of the family support system and the development of social care.In terms of specific measures,such as strengthening the construction of legal system in the elderly,improve policies for the elderly care system,build rural pension mode and build rural filial piety culture ideas from four aspects.
