A Study On Rural Home Care Service In Yongjia County

From the national census in 2010 and the relevant data of the national statistical bulletin in recent years,China is gradually moving into the aging society,the aging problem is more and more prominent,has become a major concern of the community.Social aging brought a series of pension problems have become increasingly prominent,to the social development of a very serious issue.According to the United Nations forecast,in the first half of the 21 st century,China will become the world's most populous country,population aging will become the future of our social work in the top priority.Nearly 70%of the elderly live in rural areas,and their pension patterns,social welfare,pension policies and so on,have a large gap compared with the cities.Under the background of the huge population base and the unsound social pension system,it is necessary to explore the rural old-age service,deepen the rural old-age path,raise the rural old-age security,establish and improve the rural old-age service system,and have positive theoretical significance and social Practical value.Faced with such a grim rural social pension problem,in 2014,"Central No.1document" clearly proposed to speed up the construction of rural social pension service system.With the deepening of the study of rural social old-age services,the rural community home care service model has become a new model for many rural areas to explore the pilot.Although the rural community home care service model has many advantages,but still need to combine the current situation in China's rural areas and the future development trend,from the theoretical perspective and practice level analysis.In this paper,based on the case study of Yongjia County,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province,this paper uses the methods of theoretical analysis,literature and data,comparative analysis,and the combination of questionnaire survey,case study and participatory observation.This paper puts forward the pertinent strategy suggestions for the present situation of the rural social pension in Yongjia County.The research content of this paper is divided into five sections: one is the background of the study,the literature review and the related conceptual theory.The second is to describe the necessity and feasibility of implementing the housing pension in the rural society of Yongjia County in combination with field research and data analysis The third part is to explore and analyze the main problems existing in the rural social home of Yongjia County,such as service funds,legal system,infrastructure,professional talents,social concepts and so on.This paper analyzes the main success modes of foreign countries,including the United States,the United Kingdom and Singapore,and sums up the experience and inspiration from it.Fifthly,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the rural social home care service in Yongjia County,and provides theoretical support for further rural nursing.
