Research On The Policy System Of Promoting Wisdom And Old-age In Our Country

With the acceleration of the aging process in our country and the serious shortage of people in the related trades,there is likely to be a combination of "no money for old-age" and "no one to support the elderly".To solve the problem of old age,we need to rely on the support of science and technology,through the technology of wisdom,through modern technology,give machines,robots,or devices to do things they can’t do,do well or don’t want to do.To realize the socialization and wisdom of the old-age service is an inevitable choice to solve the structural shortage of old-age resources and the difficulties of the labor-intensive pension system in the context of the rapid development of our country.Although the new model of old-age wisdom has been adapted to the development requirements of the information age,the wisdom of our country is still in the initial stage,and its further development is facing many difficulties.This paper discusses the present situation of the development of wisdom in our country,and finds out the problem and the policy deficiency behind it,and then puts forward the countermeasure,to complement and improve the policies needed for intelligent ageing(pension policy,Health Service Policy,fiscal subsidy policy,etc.),and strengthen the linkage of relevant policies through government support,to construct the policy system of wisdom and old-age which accord with the situation of our country,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of wisdom and old-age,and make the "silver hair wave" really transform into "silver-haired economy".
