A Research On The Supply Of Urban Bike-Sharing Under The Perspective Of Public Service

As a product of the Internet era,Bicycle-sharing have attracted widespread public attention and use.It coincides with the concept of ecological civilization and low-carbon travel.Bicycle-sharing have their own advantages,and convenience is undoubtedly the biggest highlight.However,a series of problems have also emerged in the rapid expansion.Disorders,unauthorized possessions,deliberate destruction,and other order problems,as well as problems such as services,traffic,and property security,continue to emerge.Bicycle-sharing is not a simple rental product.Its essence is to provide quasi-public products for urban transportation services.These problems alone cannot be fully resolved through market adjustment.The government must strengthen the normative guidance and try to create conditions for the development of shared bicycles.The government should clearly define its own responsibilities and actively assume the role of the government as a leader and supervisor,improve related policies and infrastructure,and promote the sustainable and sustainable development of the Internet leasing bicycle industry.This thesis mainly uses three research methods: literature research,field investigation,and comparative research.Taking the current status of Bicycle-sharing and problems as the logical starting point,taking public service supply as the research perspective,taking cities as the study area scope,and using“theory-practice-theory” and “general-special-general” as the logical sequence to study urban Bicycle-sharing supply problem.We will sort out the literature on Bicycle-sharing,clarify the theoretical context of the provision of public services,and examine the reality of urban shared bicycle supply through field visits,sum up experiences,and analyze problems.Taking the development of Mobike bicycles and ofo Bicycle-sharing public services as comparison objects,the analysis and comparison of Bicycle-sharing supply subjects,forms,contents,and security mechanisms are comparative indicators,in order to provide beneficial inspiration for the development of Bicycle-sharing supply in China.Use the theory of public service supply and quasi-public goods theory to clarify the value orientation,main body,mechanism and guarantee of urban Bicycle-sharing supply,and clarify the urban Bicycle-sharing supply from the perspective of theoretical analysis,so as to find a way for the government to improve the public services of urban Bicycle-sharing.
