This article takes the regulatory policy of Shanghai regional government on sharing bicycle services as a research object.First,it analyzes the relevant concepts about sharing bicycles and government supervision,and combines the relevant theories of public management to build a theoretical basis.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the development of shared bicycles around the world and in Shanghai,and summarizes the main issues and constraints of the development of shared bicycles in Shanghai.Then,combining with the government's regulatory policy on shared bicycle services,we can gain some insight from it.At last,in order to promote the healthy and stable development of shared bicycle services and to avoid problems in the processing of development,we proposed some countermeasures and suggestions.This paper research about the issue through the literature method and the case law,and collects the relevant theoretical basis for the sharing economy and government supervision.At the same time,it carefully analyzes the government supervision of sharing bicycle services in Shanghai.Through the research of the government's supervision policies and measures in different periods in Shanghai,we put forward a series of measures and suggestions to propose countermeasures for improving the government supervision of sharing bicycle services in Shanghai.In general,the paper based on the research of a large number of practical facts,come up with some countermeasures through the theory of public management theory and provided reference for the government's supervision of shared bicycle services in the future.To optimize industrial development mechanisms,regulate market order,and improve government regulatory levels...
