Research On The Regulatory Of Bike Sharing In Xi'an

With the development of the times,the shared economy has become the darling of the new century.Uber,Airbnb,sharing umbrellas,sharing cars,and other products have brought different colors to our lives.Sharing bicycles is a typical example.Traditional cars consume oil and sewage,inconvenient travel and other disadvantages,sharing bicycles to make up for one by one.In our country,shared cycling first appeared on the campus of Peking University since 2015.In a few years,shared bicycles emerged like bamboo shoots after the rain and spread throughout various cities,setting off a green travel style.This not only solved the "last kilometer" problem,but also contributed to the development of urban transportation with its low-carbon,environmentally friendly,fast and convenient features.However,things have two sides.When the huge wave of sharing bicycles is in full swing,the disadvantages are slowly revealed.For example,the man-made destruction of bicycles,the random parking of main roads and sidewalks,the high damage rate and the increase in repair costs,some communist bicycle companies have faced survival crises one after another,causing users 'dissatisfaction and interest losses.The sharing of bicycles has become the focus of social debate.People's livelihood is the foundation of the country.Therefore,these problems must be solved urgently.The development momentum of sharing bicycles is obvious to all.Its "hot" is not an accident.It adapts to the needs of the times to provide convenience for people.It is deeply loved by users,but because sharing bicycles is not a simple personal item,it has a certain public nature.Therefore,it is difficult to conduct governance and supervision after the problem arises.If the power of the market alone is not enough to achieve it,it is necessary to take the government agencies as the leading and core,use the special attributes of the government to formulate laws to effectively supervise and guide the sound development of the shared industry.In this way,it can fundamentally solve a series of social problems that have arisen in shared bicycles and mitigate the social effects caused by them.Under the background of the vigorous development of the shared economy,this article focuses on government supervision,based on governance theory,government intervention theory and other sciences to demonstrate the necessity of government supervision of shared bicycles,and conducts policy analysis to understand the current situation of the Xi'an municipalgovernment's supervision of shared bicycles.It also uses questionnaires and materials to conduct market research to study the problems encountered and the reasons for the government's supervision of bicycle sharing,so as to provide solutions for the development difficulties of bicycle sharing.It can also provide reference for the future development of shared industry and shared economy.
