Research On The Management Efficiency Improvement Of Urban Sharing Public Goods

With the rapid development of mobile data networks and big data technologies,big data analysis technology has been applied to various fields,which can effectively predict and regulate,and greatly improve management efficiency.In recent years,Chinese governments and enterprises have gradually recognized the importance of applying big data technology to improve management efficiency.As an emerging item generated under the "Internet+" thinking,urban sharing public goods have both public service attributes and commercial attributes,which are quasi-public items,but they have serious negative externalities in the development process and are in urgent need of governance.Considering the particularity of the urban sharing public goods' operating model,applying big data technology to improve its management efficiency and then reducing negative externalities is the best choice.In view of this,this research focused on the selection of shared public goods as the research object,based on the big data analysis thinking to improve the management efficiency of urban sharing public goods.In order to study the improvement of the management efficiency of urban sharing public goods in the era of big data,this research first reviewed the relevant theoretical research summary,and introduced the research progress of the application of big data technology at home and abroad.Then,this research gived a detailed introduction to the current development status of urban sharing public goods in China,which involved the causes and connotations of urban sharing public goods and the basic subjects and main contradictions involved in urban sharing public goods.Next,this research dropped the perspective to Beijing,and empirically analyzed the efficiency of bike sharing management in Beijing from the micro level,and explored how to apply big data technology to the management efficiency improvement of urban sharing public goods.The analysis methods involved mainly included Big data technology method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method(applying STATA for panel data analysis),and proposed targeted optimization schemes for empirical analysis results.Finally,this research raised the perspective to the macro level and proposed some recommendations for improving the management efficiency of urban sharing public goods in China.The improvement of the management efficiency of urban sharing public goods required the cooperation of thegovernment and enterprises,and on this basis,four suggestions were proposed,including urban infrastructure planning based on big data,open sharing of big data,construction of laws and regulations,and government subsidies.
