Young Pioneers,a mass organization of children and adolescents founded and led by the Communist Party of China.Young pioneers' activity lesson is the Young Pioneers to grasp the organization attribute,ideological guidance activities curriculum for children through specific forms of organization,collective life and activities,is the embodiment of an important carrier of the education function of Young Pioneers.Since September 2012,issued the Ministry of Education on strengthening the activities of Young Pioneers in primary and middle school,this guidance document has been existed for five years,Young Pioneers' activity lesson as a compulsory course prescribed by the state are steadily carry out one class hour per week.As a Young Pioneers brigade instructor,the author strongly feels that the new requirements and challenges were brought by the curriculum construction of Young Pioneers'activities to the Young Pioneers' work.Therefore,in order to strengthen the high quality operation of Young Pioneers' activity lesson in primary school,and give full play to the unique educational value of Young Pioneers' activity lesson,the author decided to take K primary school in Anning District as an example to research the current situation,problems to give countermeasures of the implementation of Young Pioneers' activity lesson.The research based on seven kinds of content of guidelines for the Young Pioneers' activities course(Trial),detailed the implementation of Young Pioneers'activity lesson in many aspects from organization,planning,content,form,evaluation and construction of counselor team.Through consulting literature,about the junior,middle and senior segment of the Pioneers in the random sampling questionnaire survey and 20 Young Pioneers and the 9 Young Pioneers squadron instructors in the random interview,at the same time combined with the long-term observation of the implementation of Young Pioneers' activity lesson.Through the investigation and analysis,the current implementation of Young Pioneers' activity lesson in primary school often have issues of class crowding,cognitive fuzziness of value meaning,dislocation of organization planning,the theme design lacks pertinence and systematicness,the content selection of old jerky,confined to the classroom activities,relying on the development of the form of light weight results,the evaluation incentive system is not perfect,the degree of professionalization of counselors is low.In view of the above situation,the author puts forward to promote Young Pioneers' activity lesson in primary school effectively implement,we must commence from the eight aspects.We must ensure the implementation of class hour,clarify the value significance,establish the action subject,optimize theme and content selection,integrate peripheral resources,innovate the forms of development,enrich evaluation and motivation,and promote the professional development of counselors.In a word,the purpose of this research is to change the majority of the Young Pioneers' team to carry out activitie0s of the workers' fear,to provide new ideas,new methods and new approaches for Young Pioneers,activity lesson.This research has played a certain role in promoting the Young Pioneers' team to explore Young Pioneers' activity lesson and give full play to the role of Young Pioneers'organizations.
