The Young Pioneers is our party’s children’s organization,a group organization for our country’s children to accept political enlightenment and values shaping,and an important position for cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism.The Young Pioneers education is the backbone of the ideological and moral education of minors in our country,and it plays an important role in the moral education of primary schools in our country.However,the present work of the Young Pioneers in rural primary schools has many issues of different degrees in the leadership mechanism,the construction of the Young Pioneers instructor team,the education of the Young Pioneers,the subjectivity of the Young Pioneers,the sense of glory and belonging to the organization,and educational cooperation.This research mainly uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other study methods to make a more completely investigation and study on the present work situation of The Young Pioneers in rural primary schools in G County,analyze the main problems and reasons of the young pioneers work,and propose improvements and countermeasure accordingly.In this research,the work of the Young Pioneers in 7 rural primary schools of County G was decided to be studied.A number of 900 questionnaires were issued during the research process.At the same time,some administrative leaders,all brigade counselors,some squadron counselors,and some parents and township supervisors were issued.Conducted interviews and surveys.Universally sort out the results of questionnaires and interviews,and thoroughly and systematically study the status I’ve got and problems of the work of the Young Pioneers in rural primary schools at present in G county: The leadership system and operating mechanism of the Young Pioneers are not complete and the operation mechanism is not perfect.The phenomenon of formalization,adultification and classroomization is badly,the Young Pioneers’ sense of ownership is not strong,the formalization of the Young Pioneers’ teaching and scientific research is prominent,and the Young Pioneers’ education not closely touch with school moral education,family education,and social education.The causes for the emergence of many of the problems above are not only caused by the league education department,but also limited by the professional level of school leaders and young pioneers instructors,as well as the influence of many factors such as the young pioneers,family educatin and society.Through investigation and analysis,combined with our own work practice and research,in response to many problems in the work process of the rural elementary young pioneers,it is necessary for the leadership department of the group education in G County and the rural elementary school to reform the leadership and operating mechanism of the young pioneers-perfect the young pioneers congress system,Improve the operation and decision-making mechanism of the Youth Work Committee and the daily work mechanism,and continuously improve and standardize the series of Young Pioneers’ work;schools must standardize the Young Pioneers’ s organization and position construction;build a scientific counselor training model to promote The professional growth of the Young Pioneers instructors;the school should further optimize the Young Pioneers’ education to enhance the Young Pioneers’ subjectivity,sense of glory and sense of organization;finally,we must build a "four-in-one" education Only with the new pattern can we nurture qualified builders and successors.
