As is known to all,as a national judicial organ,the people's court bears the major historic task of mediating all kinds of social disputes,maintaining social equity and order,and providing judicial protection for building a harmonious socialist society.In recent years,our country's economy and society are in the environment of continuous development,and then the people's consciousness of maintaining their legitimate rights and interests is gradually increasing.The contradictions and disputes more and more people meet through legal means,resulting in over the people's court accepted the case number of sustained growth,involved in the daily business activities of the various types of funds is also increasing year by year,the people's court to further strengthen the financial management and accounting accounting requirements.However,after an investigation found that at present,part of the existing problems of internal control construction is not perfect,financial personnel lack of comprehensive understanding of the necessity and methods of the internal control of the relevant management personnel,leading to job responsibilities are not clear,unreasonable,supervision case money have false effect,thereby affecting the normal and orderly management of the matter shall.On the other hand,based on various reasons,the debtor has in advance paid to the court case,and can not timely and full payment to the relevant parties,the case shall cause the accumulation,some even decades,and is not conducive to the development of China's judicial reform.Therefore,how to improve the problems in the management of the case of the people's court is very necessary for the financial personnel of the people's courts.This article briefly introduces the management of the current situation in the courts of the People's Court and focuses on the analysis of existing problems.It also explores how to combine the current work to strengthen the management of case funds,and strengthens the system construction,reforms the charging mechanism,and introduces performance assessment.The analysis of profound issues in the six major areas such as the enhancement of technical strength,the promotion of information disclosure,and emphasis on risk management has been conducted.I divide this article into six chapters.The first chapter,I call it the introduction part,including not only the background and significance of this article,but also the literature review,and contained research content,methods,innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter is the related concepts and theories.First,it elaborates the relevant theories of the case and the case management,and then explains the theory of public products,theory of risk management and theory of efficiency management.The following is a good preparation.The third chapter is the current situation and analysis of the case management of the People's Court.This chapter first introduces the supporting system for the case management of the people's court,and then elaborates on the work flow of case management,including charging and refunding.Then it explains the management problems at the level of system and behavior,and finally analyzes the causes from the external environment and internal organization.The fourth chapter is an analysis of the status quo and problems of case management in the J City People's Court.This chapter takes the case of the People's Court of J City as an example to explain the basic situation,the status quo of case management,and the main problems and causes analysis.The fifth chapter is the case management improvement plan of China's Court.This chapter mainly deals with the problems existing in the management of case files,and proposes corresponding preventive measures and matters needing attention in the six aspects of strengthening system construction,reforming the charging mechanism,introducing performance appraisal,enhancing technical force,promoting information disclosure,and attaching importance to risk management.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook.This article focuses on the exploration and analysis of the management of the cases in the people's Court of China.During the process of writing the paper,I have consulted a number of relevant staff members of the court,and are closely related to the actual work,which is highly practical and useful.
