Study Of Government's Function In The Development Of Rural Tourism Under The Background Of Comprehensive Tourism

At present,with China's economic development having entered a new normal,comprehensive tourism become the national strategy.The development of rural tourism has become an important concern for the tourism industry,which is facing new opportunities.However,to promote rural tourism,we must rely on good resources and environment as well as government planning and guidance.Therefore,it is necessary to study the role of government in the development of rural tourism in the context of comprehensive tourism.This paper proposes the research ideas based on the first question,then the analysis of the problem,and finally proposes a solution.It mainly uses the research path of questionnaires,literature analysis,on-site investigations and so on,taking Yiyuan County of Shandong Province as the study object to analyze the development of rural tourism according to the theory of market failure,public goods and service-type government.In the process of writing,I started with a brief introduction to the background and research significance of the thesis topic.I have successively referred to many papers.On this basis,I have analyzed and summarized the relevant studies of the role of the government.Secondly,this paper investigates the source,age,and income of tourists in the rural tourism of Yiyuan County and summarizes several aspects of the role of the county government,including policy design,programming,tourism environment,etc.Then this paper points out the shortcomings of the county government,including investment promotion,service facilities,publicity and promotion,tourism personnel training,etc,and careful analyses of the causes,mainly in the understanding,planning,coordination and so on.In the sixth part of the paper,through the study of domestic and international experience,combined with the background of the comprehensive tourism industry,several measures are proposed to promote the role of the government,which includes broadening financing channels,transforming functions,intensifying promotion and marketing,enriching rural tourism products,improving services,and strengthening the construction of tourism talents,etc.The paper concludes with an analysis of the research findings and points out its shortcomings.
