Study On The Problem Of Long-term Care Of The Elderly Who Lost Only Child

In recent years,our country has stepped into an aging society,in a large number of elderly troops,the number of the elderly without independence is increasing,and the problem of the elderly without independence has been paid more and more attention to by the government and the whole society.The demand for long-term care for the elderly without independence is increasing.Under the huge demand of long-term care,the research on long-term nursing of the elderly with loss of independence is in line with the background of the current aging of the elderly without independence.The study on the long-term nursing of the elderly with loss of independence is helpful to establish the long-term nursing mechanism for the elderly without independence,to guide the practice of long-term nursing and security for the elderly without independence,to provide reference for the relevant departments to make management decisions,and to improve the level of long-term nursing management for the elderly without independence.Based on the theory of Maslow's demand level and the theory of welfare pluralism,the present situation of long-term care for the elderly with lost independence is expounded by literature review and analysis.The reasons for the low willingness to pay for long term care,low satisfaction of long-term nursing and unsound development of the long-term nursing market,as well as the cause of the problem are analyzed.On the basis of the old "old" concept,the low quality of long-term nursing staff and the long-term nursing quality,the long-term nursing market lacks effective supervision and the long-term nursing resources lack integration.On this basis,we have learned from Japan,South Korea,the United States,and the European countries about the long-term nursing experience of the elderly who have lost their independence,and have to change the traditional nursing concept.,strengthening the construction of specialized nursing staff,strengthening the enlightenment of the effective intervention of the government to the long-term nursing and rationally integrating the long-term nursing resources,and then raising the popularization of the long-term nursing service and the rationality of the long-term nursing insurance.To improve the quality and quality of nursing staff,to increase the government's long-term nursing support for the elderly without independence,and to optimize the rational allocation of long-term nursing resources.
