The Construction And Inspection Of Cooperative Governance Mechanism In Beautiful Villages

At present,with the construction of beautiful village throughout the country,the difficulty of village construction is getting bigger and bigger,and the demands of farmers are constantly escalating,making it even more difficult to establish a long-term mechanism.These dilemmas have led scholars to realize that it is not enough to rely solely on the single subject of government in the construction of beautiful countryside.Therefore,more and more scholars have begun to mention this issue.However,the focus of relevant research is still concentrated on the predicament of the construction of beautiful villages.There are only a few words for other governance subjects,and it is difficult to provide an effective theoretical reference for solving problems.In this context,this paper hopes to provide ideas for solving practical dilemmas through the research on the collaborative governance mechanism of beautiful villages construction.Firstly,based on the literature review of collaborative governance,the research subject and content,research methods,and technology route are formed.Secondly,the connotation and characteristics of collaborative governance mechanism are analyzed,and the mechanism design theory is introduced to analysis the elements and their functions in the mechanism,and then the collaborative governance mechanism of beautiful village was constructed.Again,in the case study section,this article selected the case of Haotang Village in Pingqiao District.Through interviews and on-site inspections,the author made a preliminary understanding of the current situation of the beautiful village construction of Haotang Village and the formation of its collaborative governance mechanism.The collaborative governance mechanism constructed in this paper is verified;in the end,the deficiency of the collaborative governance mechanism exposed in the practice of Haotang is analyzed,and based on these issues,specific suggestions are made to make this mechanism more and more perfect.Through research,this paper believes that the collaborative governance mechanism in the construction of beautiful villages needs to link the government,farmers,enterprises and social organizations through the protection mechanism,participation mechanism and supervision mechanism,and promote the continuous efforts of these three main governance entities for the common goal of beautiful village.Theoretically speaking,this paper proposes a collaborative governance mechanism for the beautiful village,which expands the research ideas for academic research of collaborative governance.In practice,it provides new ideas for the practical operation of collaborative governance in beautiful rural construction and guarantees beautiful rural areas.
