Research On The Beautiful Village Construction Of Xuliukou Village In Qian'an From The Perspective Of Holistic Governance

The issue of agriculture,countryside and farmers has always been a basic issue in China's modernization inspection.Since the construction of beautiful countryside came up,many years of exploration and research have been carried out all over the country.The construction of beautiful countryside has made great progress in improving rural infrastructure,beautifying rural environment and improving the living standard of farmers,and has accumulated a lot of experience.Since the implementation of the construction of beautiful countryside in 2015,relying on geographical advantages and district planning,the construction of beautiful countryside in Qian'an has progressed smoothly.From the perspective of holistic governance,this paper studies the construction of beautiful countryside in Xuliukou village,Qian'an.On the basis of explaining the relevant theories,combining closely with the current situation of economic development and the construction of beautiful countryside in Xuliukou village,Qian'an,through consulting a large number of historical data and on-the-spot investigation,this paper makes a study on the construction of beautiful countryside in Xuliukou village of Qian'an City from the perspective of holistic governance with the methods of literature study,comparative study and field investigation.The problems and reasons are deeply excavated,and the advanced experience of rural construction and development in France,Japan,South Korea and other countries and the construction experience of beautiful countryside in Anji and Qianxi are summarized and analyzed.On the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of beautiful countryside construction at home and abroad,it puts forward the countermeasures to solve the dilemma of the beautiful countryside construction in Xuliukou village with the application of holistic governance theory.Since the theory of holistic governance regards coordination and integration as the basic principle,aims at solving the rural governance problems caused by fragmentation,decentralization and individualization,and takes the public demand as the guidance,it is necessary to pay more attention to the functional integration of relevant departments and the full play to the main role of villagers in problem solving.Through changing concepts,broadening financing channels,strengthening the fianal management and protection,we can achieve full integration of the region,industry,villagers and departments,which will promote the further development of the beautiful countryside construction of Xuliukou village.
