Judicial Occupational Security In The Perspective Of A New Round Of Judicial Reform

Judge occupational security is an important part of the judicial system reform,maintaining the foundation of our legal system.With the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the overall goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law is proposed,the new round of judicial reform is also actively,at once,it has achieved initial success.Judges as "front-line workers" operating in the national judicial system,bear the important task of resolving social conflicts,safeguarding fairness and justice,and establishing judicial authority.However,the heavy work and difficult tasks correspond to lack of protection,which makes the judge inevitably produce negative resistance,some people choose to leave the court,seriously,can cause corruption.Today,perfecting the system of judges' job security has become an urgent task.It is the backbone of the overall implementation of the general goal of governing the country according to law.Therefore,the establishment of a sound job security system for judges can provide support for the promotion of comprehensive and legal governance,can enhance the professional honor of judges.The team of highly qualified judges is also the hope of the people.It can help the public to cultivate the habit of respecting the law,building a Public Foundation for Managing the Country in Accordance with Law.But judging from the current situation,our country's judge's job security system started lately,there are still defects in operation and the impact of many other factors.Although China's relevant laws,regulations and the opinions of the High Court have also been continuously improved,in some respects,it still cannot meet the requirements of the judge's professional development in the new situation.What needs to be clear is that,the perfection of China's judicial protection system based on laws and regulations alone is not enough.It also requires cooperation from all walks of life,the Party committee,the government,and the internal court departments.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis and reflection is needed to build a sound job security system for judges.In addition to the introduction and conclusion.This article is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is "the basic connotation,historical development and significance of judges' job security".This chapter elaborates the basic connotation of the judge's job security system,identify the research object and research direction of the full text.This article briefly outlines the development history of the judicial protection system in foreign countries and China,and briefly analyzes the significance of the research;the second chapter is the "Overview of the professional protection of judges in foreign countries and in China." This chapter briefly introduced the basic situation of judges' professional rights,benefits,professional status,and power exemptions in countries between the Common Law and the Continental Law.By the Comparison of China's Judges' Occupational Security System and Two Legal Systems,lay the foundation for the following reference;The third chapter "Analysis the rationality of the reform of China's judges' job security system".This chapter comprehensively analyzes the above situation,our country's specific national conditions and legal regulations,analysis of the necessity and feasibility of perfecting the system of Judges' occupational security in China;the fourth chapter is about "Improvement of China's Judges' Career Security System".This chapter combines the analysis and research results of the first three chapters,Fusion the Judicial Reform's achievement,making rational suggestions for the professional security system of judges in China.
