With the continuous development and progress of our country's economy and society,the quality of medical care and health services have reached a new height.Although this provides an important basis for human life and health,it has also intensified the growth of population aging.The trend has brought new pressures and challenges for the stable development of society.Faced with the increasing aging of the population and the phenomenon of empty nesting in China,both the government,society,and families have a strong need for institutional aged care services.The growth of the aging population has also increased the pressure for social pensions.Institutional pensions have become the most popular form of social pension,and are effective measures to deal with the aging population in our country and the weakening of family pension function.However,in terms of the current situation of China's old-age care service organizations,the overall situation is not optimistic.On the one hand,the total amount of old-age social resources in our country is currently relatively inadequate,and many empty-nest and widowed old people are still unable to enjoy the benefits provided by society.Health care services on the other hand,China's existing institutional pension resources have not been fully utilized,and institutional pension resources do not meet the standard and degree of satisfaction for older people in many configurations.This has brought a lot of old people.Inconvenience and a relatively bad experience.On the whole,there are still major problems in the sustainable development of social institutions' pension,especially whether the allocation of institutional pension resources can really reach the level of satisfying and comfortable elderly people is the key issue that determines the future development of institutional pensions.Therefore,based on such a realistic background,institutional pensions have become an important way to relieve the pressure of social pensions.At the same time,the existing institutional pension resources in China are still difficult to meet the standard and degree of satisfaction for older people.In this paper,we take the pension institutions in five districts of Guangzhou as samples,and select 15 representative old-age service institutions as the survey objects.Through the combination of theory and practice,qualitative and quantitative research methods,we can provide services for the elderly care service organizations in various districts of Guangzhou.The status quo of resource allocation and the satisfaction of the old people are investigated and analyzed.The main problems in the resource allocation of the elderly care service organizations in Guangzhou are summed up through the evaluation and actual response of the old people in the study,and combined with the old people's The real service demand put forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures for how to optimize and improve the allocation of institutional pension resources.
